1 pound ground Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 medium Onions chopped8 Garlic cloves chopped4 tsp Tabasco Sauce3 Tbsp Parsley, dried3 Tbsp Oregano, ground2 cups reduced fat/ reduced sodium chicken broth6 cup hot water1 pound bag dry black beans
Directions
place all ingrediants in 5-6 quart slow cooker stir to combine and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours
