Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
1.16 lb lean Beef, sliced into thin strips1/2 pound fresh Snow Peas1 cup, grated Carrots1/2 medium Onion, chopped2 cloves Garlic, minced 0.5 cup sliced Water Chestnuts3 tbsp Tamari or soy Sauce1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp Chinese Five-Spice Powder
Directions
Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Heat over med-hi heat, then add the vegetables, Stir fry until crisp-tender, then set aside. Add a little more cooking spray to the skillet. Place the meat in the skillet and stir fry until just done. Reduce heat to medium and add the vegetables back to the skillet. Add the Tamari and spices and stir to combine. Cook another five minutes then serve.
