Ingredients
Step 12 slices of turkey bacon Step 22 slices whole grain bread 2 slices American cheese 2 tbsp light mayonnaise Step 32 large fried eggs
Directions
Step 1
Fry the turkey bacon over a medium heat to the crispness desired

Step 2
While the bacon is frying, prepare the bread by adding mayonnaise and cheese.

Step 3
Add the cooked bacon to the sandwich. Wipe down the frying pan just enough to leave behind some of the bacon grease. Fry the eggs. When done to your liking, add to sandwich.
