Grilled Basil, Tomato and Mozzarella Chicken with Balsamic

Ingredients
4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 serving Tomato slices (1) 1 oz Cheese, Mozzerella, Kraft part skim 2 leaves Basil 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Season chicken with salt pepper and (optional) garlic powder.
Grill over medium high heat until cooked thoroughly. While grilling, reduce balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Just before the chicken is done, top with a slice of tomato, mozzarella and basil Drizzle balsamic reduction over the finished chicken.
