Ingredients
1 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 0.5 cup Honey 0.5 cup Coconut Oil 2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 0.25 cup Mixed Nuts, dry roasted (salt added) 0.25 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 24 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Melt peanut butter, coconut oil &honey in microwave dish. Immediately add rest of ingredients, mixing till chocolate chips are melted. Put in a 9 x 13 dish. Refrigerate till solid. Cut in squares. Recipe from https://moneysavingmom.com Serving Size: 40 1” pieces
