Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Ingredients
40 oz Boneless Pork Sirloin Roast 1 cup Vegetable broth 1/4 cuo Soy Sauce 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 tbsp Honey 2 clove Garlic minced 1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Place pork roast in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients except cornstarch and pour the mixture over the pork roast. Cook on low 10-12 hours or on high for 6-8 hours. Shred pork roast in slow cooker. Make slurry with cornstarch and a couple of tablespoons of water. Add slurry to slow cooker, cook on high 15 minutes.
