Vegan Bread

Ingredients
4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Warm water to 105 and mix yeast. Mix dry ingredients. Mix in oil and water. Knead 5-10 mins. Cover with damp towel and let rise until doubled in size. Knead to remove air bubbles, shape, and olace in bread pan. Let rise. Bake at 375 for 35 mins
