LOW CAL OVEN FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients
**Sparkpeople would only let me use tsp/tbsp instead of cups on this recipe as a conversion**10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 c. bread crumbs1/3 c. or 14 tsp Parmesan cheese1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. black pepper3/4 c. or 12 tbsp low calorie Italian dressing
Directions
Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, and pepper. Dip the chicken in the Italian salad dressing and then roll in the bread crumbs. Place the chicken in a baking dish that has been coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
