Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

1-1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup sour cream1 serving Ore-Ida Tater Tots (12 tater tots)1 cup shredded chedder cheese
Cook chicken by boiling in water until done. About 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bite size pieces. Place chicken in shallow baking dish making a single complete layer. Mix soups and sour cream in small mixing bowl. Add seasonings to taste. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Press tater tots into soup mixture. Cook uncovered in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese over the top and return to oven to cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over rice.
To make preparing the casserole faster, cook chicken earlier in the day, cut up and place in refridgerator until ready to use.
