Quick Pasta Salad for a Hot Night

1 bag Schwan's Mini Bow Tie Pasta and Vegetables (by RAVENDAS) 1/3 cup skinny girl poppy seed dressing (by KJBROWN39) 1/3 cup Chobani Greek Yogurt Low Fat Plain (2%) 1.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 1 Large Onion Raw (by HYPERION1022) 1.5 Tbs minced garlic (I buy the minced garlic in the produce aisle)
Open package of pasta and vegetables and dump contents into a large microwave safe container. Cook on high stirring at 2 minute intervals until everything is thawed.
While pasta is thawing, peel and chop to your liking the large onion.
Add onion and garlic, to salad along with the yogurt, dressing and seasoning. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
