Ingredients
1 package frozen (500 gram(s)) kirkland organic ground beef 2 cans (822 gram) Kirkland Organic Diced Tomatoes (can=411 grams) (by VEGGIETANYA) 2 small cans (28 tbsp) Salsa, Herdez Salsa Casera Mexicana Picante (by LOUISM8) 1 medium (380 gram(s)) Raw Sweet Potato 2 cups Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup 3 tbsp Chili powder 3 tsp Cumin seed, ground 1/2 tbsp Turmeric, ground 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER)
Directions
Defrost and cook ground beef. Dice the sweet potato. Combine cooked beef, raw potato and the rest of the ingredients in a Crock pot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Serve with shredded cheese, sliced avocado and sour cream. Toppings not included in nutrition information.
