Ivana‘s Tenderloin on Salad

Ingredients
111 grams Pork Tenderloin (cooked size)2 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded 7 tbsp Basil 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 50 grams Carrots, raw
Directions
Cut the meat into strips, season with Cajun-style seasoning. Use a good pan and sautée for a few minutes. Cut the carrot with the potato pealer til it is gone. Cut the bok choy into mouth-right peaces, arrange on a flat plate together with the basil leaves and carrot. Place the meat randomly on the top. Sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serving Size: 1 portion
