Sour Cream Salsa Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup Salsa1 packet of taco seasoning1/2 cup low fat sour cream2 cups cooked white rice
Place chicken in bottom of crock pot. Mix the salsa and the taco seasoning together and pour over chicken. Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
Just before serving, remove chicken from crockpot and add sour cream. Once sour cream is completely incorporated, return chicken to sauce.
Serve over cooked rice.
