1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp chopped Shallots 2 clove Garlic, minced 16 oz Shrimp, raw 45 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp grated lemon rind (by KSUSHASMOM) 0.75 tsp Old Bay Seafood Seasoning (by CHRSLVSBKS) .1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce .5 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
Over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add shallots and cook until cartelized, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 45 seconds, stirring constantly. Transfer to large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and combine well. Divide into 4 patties.
In a non-stick pan, over medium-high heat cook patties 2-3 minutes each side until golden. May need to do in batches.
