Slow Cooker Tangy Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 small onions1.5 lb center-cut pork loin black pepper to taste2 tsp instant beef bouillon powder1 cup hot water2T dry mustard powder3T white cooking wine 1T lemon juice
Directions
Cut off ends of onions. Peel onions.

Cut onions in half crosswise to make 4 wheels. Place onion wheels at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Sear both sides of the pork in skillet over medium-high heat.

Place pork in slow cooker on top of onion wheels.

Sprinkle pork with pepper to taste.

Dissolve bouillon in hot water.

Stir mustard, white wine, and lemon juice into bouillon water.

Pour mixture into slow cooker.

Cover.

Cook on high 3-4 hours.
