Strawberry Rhubarb Muffins

Ingredients
In large bowl combine1.75 unpacked cups Brown sugar.75 Cup oil1Cup yogurt plain1 Cup milk4 Tbs. egg subistute4 tsp. vanillaStir in2 Cups finely chopped Rhubarb2 Cups chopped strawberriesIn a seperate bowl stir together the following items until fully blended:4.5 Cups Flour2 tsp baking soda.5 tsp salt2 tsp. baking powderStir dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended. Spoon batter into muffin tind, filling about 2/3 full.Combine .24 Cup sugar1 tbs cinnamonsprinklr mixture lightly over batter
Directions
Bake @ 400 degrees for 20-25 min.
Makes 36 jumbo muffins.
