Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars (gluten free)

Ingredients
1.5 cup quick oats (dry)3 T packed brown sugar3 T white sugar3/4 C milk (I used 2%) or milk substitute4 T butter - melted1 XL egg - beaten8 T creamy peanut butter1 t baking powder3/4 t salt1 t vanilla extract
Directions
Melt butter.
Whisk in egg, vanilla, milk.
Add salt, baking powder, and sugars.
Stir in peanut butter.
Stir in oats.
Let sit a few minutes to thicken.
Pour in 8 X 8 greased pan.
Cook at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
