*Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)Flour, whole grain, .5 cup (remove)Vital wheat gluten, 1 tbsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Yeast, bakers, .5 pkg (remove)Water, warm tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1.5 tsp (remove)Tomato Paste, .25 cup (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 3 slices (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
mix yeast, sugar, & 2 tbsp warm water, set aside 10 min. to foam & acitvate. mix flours, salt & gluten , add oil to dry mix, whisk in to distribute. Add foamed yeast, whisk. Add warm water gradually while mixing , only add enough to get a somewhat sticky dough. Knead 5 min. Form ball, coat with little oil, let rise in warm place 30 min. Roll out thin on floured surface. Top in remaining ingr. Bake.
