Vegan Blueberry Peach Gel

Ingredients
1 large peach, chopped2//3 cup blueberries1 cup peach nectar1 cup water2 tbsp agar agar flakes
Directions
Pour fruit into a shallow bowl (glass is nice for presentation).
Pour juice, water and agar flakes into a small pot.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour over the fruit.
Chill 2 hours before serving.
