Tuna and Rice Cakes

Ingredients

2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 oz Milk, Kroger Skim Milk
.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
2 tsp Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients.
Scoop evenly into lightly greased muffin pan.
Bake for ~15 minutes or until lightly browned along edges.
Serve warm or refrigerate/freeze for later use.
