Homemade Mayonnaise

1 cup Canola Oil 1/2 cup Avocado Oil 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp Salt 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Put oil in immersion blender container.
Add egg,salt and lemon juice.
Blend on highest setting on blender,keeping blade at bottom until oil becomes thick and white. Move blender up,down and circular to incorporate all oil.
Blend until thickened to desired consistency.
Add more lemon juice and salt, if needed.
Serving Size: 48- 1 1/2 tsp. servings
