2 cups Quaker Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 medium Apples, fresh with skin, grated or chopped 1.75 cups Milk, nonfat (skim milk) .25 cup Apple Juice or orange juice1.5 cups Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt .5 cup (not packed) Raisins .25 cup Almonds, chopped.25 cup Walnuts, chopped2 tbsp Honey .25 cup Lemon Juice or orange juice.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground Optional additional fruit (not included in calorie count) peaches, blueberries, strawberries, etc.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour (I like to do it the night before)
