Chocolate Avocado Mousse with Lemon Coconut Truffles

Ingredients
To make the mousse:2 serving Avocado Haas 1 large avacado 0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 48 grams Brown Sugar 0.5 serving Milk - Full Cream (per 1/2 cup) (by LCAM2094) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.18 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) To make the truffles:1 cup shelled (50 halves) Walnuts 1 cup, whole Almonds 250 grams Medjool dates 10 mL Lemon Juice 8 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened 0.25 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp. Directions
To make the mousse:
1. Combine all ingredients until well mixed and smooth.

To make the Lemon Coconut Bites:
1. Grind nuts until fine.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
3. Form into balls and roll in coconut flakes to serve.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until needed.
