2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats 1 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup 4 serving Blue Berries, Fresh, .25 Cup 2 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract (by LMDAY7) 0.5 cup *Smucker's Sugar Free Breakfast SYRUP 0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts 2 tsp Baking Powder
in a bowl add the smashed banana to the oatmeal. add the 2 eggs and the apple sauce and walnuts.add the syrup and let it sit for 10 minutes so the oats can soften. add vanilla, cinnamon if desired and the blue berries, frozen work also. use cupcake papers and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, check to make sure they are done in the centers
