1 C. fat-free chocolate milk1 6-oz. container fat-free raspberry or strawberry yogurt1/4 cup fresh berriesOptional: 1 bananaOptional: protein powder
Using a blender, blend all ingredients to desired consistency. If you prefer a thicker, more substantial smoothie, add one medium banana and/or protein powder. Serve cold. Makes 1-2 servings.
