Flourless macadamia cookies

Ingredients
16 tbsp Macadamia butter 16 tsp Swerve 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine pure macadamia butter (raw or dry roasted), 1 egg, 0.3 cup of swerve, and vanilla extract and mix well. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonful of the batter 15 times. Bake 8 minutes for lightly browned bottoms. Cool before moving with a spatula to avoid crumbling.
