Shannon's Ham & Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
16 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 oz Farmland 95% Fat Free Diced Ham (by STALEAN) 870 gram OreIda Country Style Hashed Browns Shredded Potatoes (87g) (by WESTPARKJOHN) 8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 3 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 16 serving Pillsbury pie crusts just unroll 1/8 of pie (by KLMOCK) 2 cup Triple cheddar shredded cheese kraft 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Roll out each crust into 2 seperate pie plates. Leave up and dont finish tops as crust shrinks some. Bake these for 15 minutes and cool. Cook potatoes in oil until brown. Whip eggs, cream, and dijon together until frothy. Add ham and cheese. Divide potatoes in half and put on bottom of two cooked pie crusts. Pour half egg mixture into each crust over the potatoes. Bake for 30 minites or until set.
