Low Fat Hummus

Ingredients
1 serving Borrelli Roasted Red Peppers (2 peppers)4 clove Garlic 3/4 cup Chicken Broth 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Ground Cumin1/2 cup water drained from beans 3 tbsp Lime Juice1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 1 tbsp Tahini 2.5 cup Chick peas (garbanzo beans), cooked, boiled, without salt
Directions
Cook (8 oz. ) dry chickpeas as per package directions, until tender.

Puree first 9 ingredients thoroughly in a food processor. Add the tender, cooked chick peas and process until smooth. Season to taste.

Serving Size: 3 tablespoons. Makes approx. 18 servings or 3.5 cups per batch.
