Ingredients
1 cucumber1 pinch dill4 cloves garlic, crushed2 tablespoon olive oil1 pinch black pepper, or to taste1 pinch salt, or to taste1 teaspoon vinegar2 cups yogurt, pressed with cheese cloth
Directions
Grate the cucumber. Strain the yogurt in a tight cloth until quite dry. Mix in all other ingredients.
