Plain nonfat yogurtOrange juiceFrozen or fresh fruit:GrapesPeachesMangoStrawberry
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you like your smoothie a little sweeter, you can add a packet of Splenda or Sweet 'N Low. If the smoothie is too thick add more OJ or yogurt.

    This smoothie rocks, very filling and tastey. Works great because you can use whatever fruit you have in the fruit bowl. Add a dash of cinnamon for a liitle spice. - 8/28/08
