Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3T Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 0.5 tbsp MCT oil1.0 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix ingredients very well in a microwaveable container in the shape you desire. Microwave on high 1.5 min. Remove from container. Slice in two thin slices. Fry lightly in butter for best texture. For mug cake add sweetener of your choice and flavors ex. Cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla...do not slice enjoy with frosting if desired.
