1 cup Sour Cream 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Parsley 8 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 8 tbsp Classic French Demi-Glace (More than Gourmet) .6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Sautee onions & garlic in oil. Add beef, brown lightly. Add mushrooms and continue browning for a few minutes. Add Demi-glace and water and heat/stir till demi-glace melts. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add Sour Cream & parsley and stir till heated through. Serve over egg noodles, baked or boiled potatoes, or rice.
