Black Bean Avocado Salad

Ingredients
1/4 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained1/4 (11 ounce) can Mexicorn, drained1/3 cup chopped peeled avocado1/4 cup chopped seeded cucumber1/4 cup chopped seeded tomatoes2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions1/4 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped1/4 teaspoon lime juiceDRESSING:1-1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar3/4 teaspoon olive oil1/4 teaspoon ground cumin1/8 teaspoon dried oregano1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
