4 cups pinto beans (measure after cooking)1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced.5 cup green chili peppers (canned)2 tbl saltAdditional seasonings to taste.
Cook pinto beans with onion, garlic, and water to cover OR used canned beans (reduce salt and add onion powder if using canned beans).
Add chili peppers and cooked beans to food processor. Pulse until the texture of refried beans. Add salt to taste (and onion powder if using canned beans). Pulse again. Heat in microwave. Serve and enjoy!
