Clam Dip

Ingredients
8 oz package Fat Free Cream Cheese6.5 oz can chopped clams, without juice
Directions
Mix cream cheese and clams in a bowl. Add clam juice to help blend. Serve with Bugle chips or something of your choice. Makes approximately 3 5 oz servings.

    Recipes don't get any simpler than this, yet the end result tastes great. Better yet, add a bit of your favorite spices to give it a little extra zing. I added about a Tbsp of dehydrated minced onions and about half the clam juice from the can. I sipped the remainder. - 4/29/17
