4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 9 large Egg white, fresh 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 cups water, salted
Make oatmeal using water and oats listed here. you want the mixture thin.
Whip egg whites until frothy or stiff, your choice.
Add egg whites to thin, cooked oatmeal, mixing well.
Preheat 10" skillet, low heat, using tsp of oil for each crepe.
Cook each side until they are done. May have to flip a couple of times until all wet crepe mixture has been cooked.
