oil - 2 tbsponions 1 cup dicedcut chicken skinless boneless breast - 2ginger paste - 2 tspgarlic paste - 2 tspsalt - 2 tspground turmeric - quarter tspred chilli powder - 1 tbsp
pour oil in a pan. saute onions until brown. add ginger and garlic paste. saute till it turns brown. add chicken pieces. cook them for 3 minutes. add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. cook uncovered for 5 minutes, then covered for 10minutes. add more salt if needed. eat with rice.
