Asian Cole Slaw

1/4 c + 2 tbsp peanut butter3 tbsp fresh lime juice3 tbsp Asian Fish Sauce3 tbsp water3 tbsp sugar3 garlic cloves minced1 tbsp Chili Sauce1 bag of cole slaw shredded veggies
Put bag of cole slaw shredded veggies in a big bowl. Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender and then toss with cole slaw shredded veggies.
Note: You can't made too far in advance. While this dish is wonderful after you make it, it gets soggy if you try to eat it the next day.

Chemistry. I could not believe these weird ingredients made such a great taste when mixed together. Caution: if you are using Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, use HALF a Tbsp or your sinuses will explode. Next time I would use less fish sauce. This is YUMMY and worth buying the weird ingredients for! - 12/9/12

YUM. I used oj + lemon juice because we didn't have any lime. I added rice wine vinegar (cause I didn't' read the recipe closely enough). I also subbed some maple syrup for the sugar just for fun. Very good, tons of flavor. I bet this would be amazing with some chopped cilantro on top. Thanks! - 2/27/11

This was super cheap, super easy, and SUPER tasty! Next time I will use a bigger bag of slaw mix though, I only used a 14 oz bag and there was a bit too much sauce. I also subbed the fish sauce for soy sauce and it turned out great! A new staple in my household for sure! Thanks for the recipe! - 7/9/09
