15 eggs3 turkey sausage breakfast links1 cup lowfat mozz cheese1/4 cup diced eggplant1/4 diced cherry tomatoes1/2 cup pace picante sauce1/4 diced green onionmrs. dash and morton's seasonings
Directions
Mix all ingredients pour into silicon muffin pans. Bake 375 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 16 egg muffins...Easy and fast
