6 serving Robin Hood Large Flake Oatmeal (by LEWISCHIASSON) .5 cup, halves Pecans 8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 8 tbsp chia seeds 8 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .125 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 2 serving Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/4 cup
