Ingredients
0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Pepper, black3.0 clove Garlic2.0 tbsp Parsley2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil16.0 oz Ground Chicken0.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes1.0 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions
In bowl, mix all ingredients except olive oil. Form into approx. 16 meatballs. In large skillet, over medium heat, heat oil & cook meatballs until golden, approx. 10- 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Suggestion: serve over zoodles
