2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 12 oz Pork Chop, Extra Lean Boneless (Bloom) (by NEDLO2) 1 serving 10 baby carrots raw 1 cup Birdseye Frozen Whole Green Beans 3 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 1 serving Canola Oil Non-stick Spray (2-3 second spray) (by SCAPES) .5 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Spray a crockpot with a canola spray
place chopped potatoes, carrots, and broth into the bottom of the crockpot. Then place pork chops on top of vegetables. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash & Soy Sauce on top of pork and vegetables.
At the last 30 minutes of cooking add the frozen green beans.
Set the crockpot on low for 3 1/2 hours.
Serving Size: 4 - 3 oz chop with cup of vegetables
