Taco Cheese casserole

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean hamburger or turkey1 can enchilada sauce8 whole wheat tortilla shells1 c grated cheese1 onion chopped1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Directions
put 4 tortilla shells in a 9 X 13 cake pan, layer 1/2 of the meat, 1/2 of the cheese, and the can on enchilada sauce then add 4 more tortilla shells, spread the can of cream cheese over the shells, the rest of the meat, and the rest of the cheese.

bake at 350 for 25 min.
