1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv 2 serving mushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw 1 clove Garlic 4 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 4 tbsp Holland House Marsala cooking wine (by BIGNOKES1) 4 serving Onions, Sweet Vidalia, 1 Raw medium (148) grams (by THEGOLDDRAGON)
Directions
cook onions and mushrooms and garlic in butter till light brown, add broth, soy, marsala wine salt and pepper to taste. add croutons if desired and float a slice of swiss cheese on top the bowl when served
