Egg Cups with Turkey Sausage

6 serving Turkey - Jennie-o Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage -1 link 1.5 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1. Cut up sausage links into bite size pieces.
2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray cupcake tins with non-stick spray (can use liners if you'd like, but also make sure to spray them).
3. Place cut up sausage links into liners or tin
4. Whisk egg whites with the whole eggs and add salt, pepper and any other seasoning you'd like to taste.
5. Fill tins/liners with mixture (about 1/3 of the way up)
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serving Size: 1 serving is two egg cups
