Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
12.5 oz Chicken, Canned Valley Fresh Chicken Breast in water4.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 tbsp Curry powder4.0 fl oz Lemon JuicePinch of kosher salt
Directions
Drain chicken breast and seperate/shred. Squeeze juice of one lemon over chicken, add chopped celery, & mix. Add mayo, indian curry powder, and kosher salt to taste. Blend & enjoy immediately. Refrigerate for deeper flavor.
