Dulce De Leche Poke Cake

Ingredients
1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Canola Oil 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 17 tbsp Eagle Brand Dulce De Leche serving is per 1tbsp (15mil) 468 gram Boxed White Cake Mix - Serving is for entire 468g box of dry mix 60 gram(s) Skor Chipits - Serving is per 1 tbsp (13g)
Directions
Bake cake as directed. Once out of the oven, immediately poke cake all over with skewer and pour most of one can of dulce de leche onto cake while still hot. Let cool completely. Meanwhile make whipping cream. Top the cooled cake with whip cream, and garnish with skor bits. Cover and refrigerate at least 1h prior to serving.
