2 oz Cream Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 fl oz Water, tap 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp maple extract 0.66 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 3 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia Blend Sweetner - adjusted carbs for erythritol (by BERIEDER)
use a blender, and start with wet ingredients 1st, blend until smooth.
next add your dry ingredients, giving a good blend after adding each one.
when all ingredients are in blender let blend for 1 minute.
while it's blending, get the skillet hot to medium heat.
Then using whatever nonstick spray of your choice (if using a butter or oil, adjust for the calories.)
pour 1/4C of batter on skillet,
once you see little bubbles form, flip and continue cooking until brown on both sides.
serve hot with topping of choice
