Ingredients
Place all ingredients into a standard fry pan. Do not drain tuna so water and natural tuna juices can be used to cook the ingredients in. Cook covered on level 8 heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain most of the water and juice. Serve over a half cup serving of fat free cottage cheese.

Makes 4 generous servings of shrimp, tuna and vegetables.
