Spicy Tuna Stuffed Pepper

Ingredients
1 6 oz. can Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained2 tbsp. Hot Salsa 2 tbsp. Light Sour Cream1 Large Green Pepper2 deli thin slices of Pepper Jack Cheeseseasonings to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Slice pepper in half and remove seeds. Combine all ingredients except the pepper. Season to Taste. Fill each half of the pepper with half of the tuna mixture. Top each half with a slice of cheese. Place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cook for 20 minutes or until cheese is browning on edges and the pepper is cooked. Makes 2 servings.
